TÄTIGKEITEN:
Nach Anweisung Herstellung von Dispersionspartien nach PLS (Prozessleitsystem)-Rezepturvorgabe und Produktionsplan an allen vorhandenen Produktionslinien
Einhaltung und Dokumentation von Checklisten, Kontrolllisten und -blättern
Meldung von nicht-konformen (nicht-standardisierten) Zuständen in der Prozesssicherheit an den Wechselschichtmeister oder Schichtkoordinator
Kenntnis und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften, Betriebsanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und Arbeitsanweisungen am Standort Worms. Teilnahme an Schulungen innerhalb der Schicht und Pflichtschulungen des Standortes.
Siebung von Dispersionen mit und ohne automatischer Füllstandskontrolle.
Durchführung von Spül-und Reinigungsarbeiten bei betriebsbedingten Demontagearbeiten
Einarbeiten von Latex-Rückware in die laufende Produktion
Vorbereitung von Rohstoffen, insbesondere fest gelieferte Rohstoffe, Ankoppeln von Kleingebinden (IBC) an die Dosiersysteme
Entleeren von Kleingebinden in Vorlagebehälter
Verantwortlich für Sauberkeit und Ordnung, Durchführung von Hygienerundgängen
Rollierender Einsatz innerhalb der Produktion
Die Tätigkeiten erfordern teilweise das Tragen und Heben von Lasten bis zu 25 kg und das Steigen von Treppen, ASG-2 Tauglichkeit und Arbeiten an einem Bildschirmarbeitsplatz
ANFORDERUNGEN:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (Kesselfahrer)
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (Hauptkesselfahrer)
Optional aber wünschenswert: SAP-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung an der Teilnahme an Kleinprojekten, Erfahrung in der Schulung und im Training von Mitarbeitern
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
