
Quality Manager - Valve Repair Services
Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for all quality assurance, inspection oversight, and compliance activities within the Pressure Relief, Control and Isolation repair organization. This role ensures adherence to OEM, NBIC, and customer requirements while driving consistency, accuracy, and discipline across repair and testing processes. You will supervise Final Inspectors, partner closely with Operations, and strengthen process control, first pass yield, and overall quality culture across the shop.
