Job Description
We are looking for a Service Owner – Data Compliance & Purview to join Nokia’s M365 Service Management team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end service ownership of Microsoft Purview-based data compliance services, covering service strategy, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
You will enable and operate Purview capabilities in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Privacy teams, ensuring services are scalable, well-governed, and seamlessly integrated across Microsoft 365. Policy definition and compliance decisions remain with the relevant expert teams, within a clear RACI model.
The scope includes Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Records Management, Insider Risk, Communication Compliance, and applying Purview controls to Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-assisted workflows. This is a highly visible, global role focused on operational excellence and proactive service improvement.
