Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized approach.
Stay updated on market trends and financial products to offer relevant advice.
Collaborate with product specialists and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the regional sales strategy.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide periodic performance reports.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all client interactions.
Participate in marketing and networking events to expand the client base.
Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in banking.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
Strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.
