WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred for this position
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Prior experience in Occupational Health required
Familiarity with Systoc, PureOHS, WorkingWell, and case management systems
Ensure laboratory compliance by reviewing and taking appropriate action on items including titers, exposures, PPD, hepatitis B vaccines, and vaccination declinations
Maintain accurate data in Agility, including monitoring EHS visits (PPD/QuantiFERON), incident report entry, injury case management, visit tracking, and reporting
Maintain and update employee health policies and procedures
Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations (e.g., FCEs, reasonable suspicion drug testing, EAP-mandated programs)
Plan, manage, and oversee the annual flu vaccination program and similar initiatives
Maintain OSHA logs for employee injuries and submit required annual reports
Prepare and provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality, and FPO committees
Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed
Monitor RL6 daily for new employee injuries and exposures
Maintain, track, and report compliance data for regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, Board of Health, HFAP)
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in Nursing / Patient Care-Preferred
2 years In lieu of Associate's, patient care or hospital/physician practice Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association- CPR required if clinical, Nonclinical do not require CPR -Preferred within 90 days
