Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own development, proving and readiness of fixtures for BIW and TCF parts
- Ensure fixture design supports dimensional accuracy, repeatability and throughput
- Support APQP, FTG and E‑PPAP readiness for fixture deployment
- Validate fixture capability to meet mature business volume rates
- Coordinate with suppliers, BIW engineering, manufacturing and quality teams
- Drive issue resolution during trials, FTG runs and ramp‑up
- Ensure fixture readiness aligns with gate and SOP timelines
