Skills And Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling).
- Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
