Parts Inspector - 1st shift

Milacron is looking for a Parts Inspector to join our team in Mt. Orab, Ohio. The Parts Inspector inspects Barrels, Screws & individual parts following detail drawings, layouts, and other written and verbal specifications for quality and compliance. Work you'll do: Inspect and ship Barrels, Screws and detail parts Perform packaging and shipping duties Conducts final part inspections Assist with in-process inspections Complete and maintain quality charts/records for management Communicates directly with team members to resolve quality issues Train/guide associates and customers Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation Knowledge of basic measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, thread & plug gages, height gage, optical comparator, knowledge of CMM is a plus Working knowledge of JD Edwards enterprise 1, and Microsoft suite is preferred Knowledge of OSS and option requirements Working knowledge of OSHA machine safety signs Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year technical school in machining or engineering; or 2 plus years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience #LI-JM1 #LI-ONSITE
