POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of our attractions, equipment, and facility. Your work will help minimize downtime, support daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and well maintained environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment & Attraction Maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance on attractions and facility equipment
• Service bowling lane equipment, pinsetters, arcade games, and amusement attractions
• Assist with go kart maintenance and inspections as needed
• Respond quickly to maintenance calls and operational issues
Facility Maintenance & Upkeep
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and polished facility appearance
• Support general building maintenance and repairs
• Keep maintenance shops and work areas organized
• Clean and maintain bowling pins, lane machinery, and related equipment
Safety & Communication
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspection logs
• Identify and communicate equipment concerns before they become major issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards
• Work closely with management and team members to support daily operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Previous maintenance, automotive, electrical, HVAC, bowling, or amusement experience is a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, days, and nights
