Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing workplace relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations issues such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible for maintain and develop regional legal resources and government relationship.
  • Fully support on establish and update company HR documentation including Employment Contract, HR policies.
  • Support Daily HR Service Support during Ops absence.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education:

  • A diploma or degree in any field, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years related experience in ER including Performance Improvement, Involuntary Separation, Redundancy, Investigation, has well understanding of full cycle of ER, experience in global company. ER Experiience in the regions out of China is preferred.
  • Own  experience or HR knowledges in full-spectum i.e.onboarding, offboarding,leaves and time off etc.

  • High level of integrity, Passionate and high energy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese, South Korea or Thai language is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Outstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy, compassion and service orientation.
  • Strong detail orientation, with focus on data quality.
  • Adaptability/flexibility which includes being open to change .
  • Focused on continuous learning and developing new skills.
  • Broad overview and knowledge of HR Operations and Employee life cycle a plus.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve results.
  • Knowledge of several well defined work processes to produce results within established guidelines and standards.
  • Ability to interpret policies and information, find solutions and advise customers based on established policies and procedures.
  • May provide recommendations for decision makers.

Job Summary

The ER Specialist is key position of  the HR Services team, to maintain positive and harmonious relationships between management and employees, and to promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances.The Specialist will also focus on continuous improving service quality and customer experience by using NBS Next framework.
