Our GEICO Local Office is rapidly growing, and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit into our agency.
We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Sales and Service Agent will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to current customers and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
- Cross sell products to existing clients
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Secure Trailing Documents from customers
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Make outgoing calls to contact incoming leads and convert to sales
