Why does this role exist?
The brand is scaling its TikTok Shop presence and needs a specialist who can own, systematize, and grow an affiliate program end-to-end. This role exists to build a high-performing affiliate engine, translate performance data into rapid content iteration, and implement reporting that makes it easy to see what’s working. The objective is to drive consistent revenue through affiliates by doubling down on winning content and quickly cutting what underperforms.
The Impact you’ll make
Affiliate Program Management
- Vet, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates using provided SOPs
- Coordinate product/sample distribution to affiliates
- Circulate top-performing content and playbooks so affiliates can emulate what works
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor TikTok Shop affiliate performance daily to spot trending videos and winning creators
- Track what works (hashtags, CTAs, hooks, video styles) and implement learnings quickly
- Kill underperforming videos/content fast to reallocate effort to winners
Data, Reporting, and Insights
- Produce end-of-month reporting (views, videos produced, winners/losers, key learnings)
- Build a clear performance dashboard (ideally leveraging AI tools) for ongoing visibility
- Package and organize data regularly for easy reference and decision-making
System Building and Ownership
- Design and own the affiliate management system from scratch (processes, SOPs, tooling, cadences)
- Continuously refine workflows to make the program more efficient and scalable
- Proactively identify gaps and implement improvements without needing hand-holding
Cross-Functional Communication
- Maintain tight feedback loops with internal stakeholders on performance, tests, and next steps
- Share concise, actionable insights that guide content direction and affiliate enablement
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates
- Strong data processing and analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from content performance
- Demonstrated reporting experience (monthly summaries, trend analyses, dashboards)
- Ability to build operational systems and SOPs from scratch and own them independently
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in TikTok Shop; comfort using AI tools for reporting/analysis

- Analytical: Pattern recognition across hashtags, hooks, CTAs, formats; rapid test-and-learn mentality

- Personal: Ownership mindset, proactive, focused deep-worker, calm and consistent execution
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm EST
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
