About the Role
For our Business Unit Professional Hygiene we are looking for an ambitious Customer Marketing Activation Manager.
If you are passionate about delivering strategic marketing plans in collaboration with commercial colleagues and are driven by innovation in products across multiple B2B segments, then this could be just for you.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager. We have a hybrid working model; your primary place of work will be our office in Warsaw.

What You Will Do
Propose and activate the marketing aspects of the Joint Business Plans for both off-and online business, incl. promotion management, product launch, re-launch for dedicated market
Establish and maintain marketing and merchandising relationships with strategic customers
Support the coordination of the local marketing plan development
Monitor the customers overall product mix and recommend changes together with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead
Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy and sales development
Monitor, analyze and continuously improve online listing, share of search, taxonomy, commercial content integrity and accuracy for customers
Secure development of customized co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements as well as digital sales tools.
Who You Are
Having min. 3 years of B2B and/or B2C Marketing/Trade/Shopper-Marketing experience
Experience in executing marketing plans with customers
Having an enthusiastic approach to work with a strong sense of urgency and an open-minded approach
Being a self-starter who is keen to activate and implement local strategies whilst also ensuring full delivery.
Highly customer focused, ideally having gained this from working within the B2B marketing environment
Having extraordinary presentation and communications skills
University degree plus education / certification in online marketing, search, and related courses are highly preferred
Fluency in Polish & English languages is a must
Having exceptional analytical skills
Experience in working in a matrix, complex organization
Ideally brings experience in loyalty program management
Willingness to travel across Poland and abroad if needed
