Interpreter

The Interpreter will provide accurate written and oral language support services for patients, and internal staff. Responsibilities include: - Interprets for medical providers/staff and patients - Maintains monthly log of service activity - Interprets from English to Spanish, vice versa - Maintains current knowledge base of medical, dental and behavioral health terminology - Completes annual certification - Follows guidelines for accurate interpreting of information - Receives and answers calls from patients - Assists patients scheduling appointments - Assists patients relaying...
