Processing Senior Operator

Reports to: Plant Manager

• Major Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment’s ( cleaner, gravity table, destoner and color sorted).
  • Transfer product in and safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance for a safe working environment/facility which portrays a positive image complying with all health and safety initiative 
  • Load finished product as per customer specifications
  • Bagging of materials
  • Inspect the containers.
  • Cleanliness of processing area 
  • Filling out paperwork
  • Other activities that arise daily pertaining to the operation, safety, and quality of our products

• Qualifications:

  • Grain processing experience 
  • Clear and good communication skills 
  • Ability to Grade soybeans and edible beans 
  • Forklift experience 
  • Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and at heights
  • Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed. 
  • Mechanically Inclined
