Job Description
- Lead and manage the organization's IT Change Management practice, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve change management processes, procedures, and standards to support efficient evaluation, approval, implementation, and review of IT changes.
