Servicenow Configuration Management Database Analyst III

The ServiceNow CMDB Analyst III will be part of the Service Management Office (SMO) ServiceNow ITSM team providing technical leadership to mature Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for design and implementation of CMDB solutions catering the needs of IT and business stakeholders across enterprise. Provides guidance on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping best practices, new features, and integration procedures that will help address current challenges and enable new practices delivering value to the enterprise.
