Bistro - Cook III Part-Time

: Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in daily operations. Prepares and works the more technical duties of cooking such as soups, sauces, roasted meats and vegetables and high volume, high quality production. Practices the Rising Star Core Values of Commitment, Integrity and Excellence.
