Clinical Dietitian - Community Health Center

Provides nutritional care to patients based on physician diagnoses and serves as a key member of the multidisciplinary care team. Screens new admissions for nutritional risk and supervises Nutritional Services Technicians and support staff. Works independently under the general supervision of the Director of Community Health Center and participates in performance improvement efforts.

Delivers nutrition education to patients and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings and supports outpatient programs. Serves patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. Performs other duties as assigned. Focus will be on Bariatric Surgery Program and Outpatient education through Community Health Center.
