Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations & maintaining high standards
π Help deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum
π‘οΈ Ensure full compliance with regulations, health & safety standards
π₯ Lead, mentor & motivate your team
π Enhance customer satisfaction & provide exceptional service to families
π Assist with admin tasks (scheduling, payroll, recruitment)
πΌ Manage records & support financial planning
Ideal Candidate
π Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
πΆ Experience in an early years setting
π©βπΌ Leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager preferred)
π Proven track record of delivering educational excellence
π£οΈ Strong communication & organisational skills

Knowledge of regulatory compliance & health & safety
