✅ Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations & maintaining high standards
📚 Help deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum

Ideal Candidate
🎓 Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
👶 Experience in an early years setting
👩💼 Leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager preferred)
📈 Proven track record of delivering educational excellence
🗣️ Strong communication & organisational skills
✅ Knowledge of regulatory compliance & health & safety
