Senior Software Engineer - QA Automation - Chennai

The Value You Deliver

• Lead on creating 100% End to End automation of All automatable FFIO Workflows

• Lead on creating and maintaining the health check automation suits for applications within FFIO

• Lead on creating, maintaining & scaling the build verification test suites for applications related to FFIO

• Collaborate with Architects to understand the architecture and work towards aligning the automation suites & underlying infrastructure setup to meet the same

• Mentor, guide other associates (including developers, analyst, scrum masters) on the Squad, on the Quality Engineering practices, Quality Engineering Definition of Done, Business knowledge, QE tools and frameworks

• Deliver high quality automation code with zero issues in code quality check through Sonarqube

• Deliver Zero touch & scheduled automation suite execution

• Actively participate and contribute to QA Chapter and other related initiatives

• Lead the Quality desirables in the assigned area.

• Delivering quality technology solutions to complex business problems in an agile environment Collaborating with internal and external product teams to deliver a cohesive solution

• Implementing innovative and industry standard solutions.

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical

· Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing automated test scripts

experience with Selenium, Fitnesse and Java and Automate APIs(REST/SOAP)

· Ability to define and build Test/Automation strategies/Plans

· Able to build and contribute at framework level

· Experience with automated application build, deployment, and support using Maven and Ant

· Experience with performing version control and continuous integration of build, deploy, and test, using Jenkins, Stash

· Experience in API development.

· Experience in framework development and maintenance.

· Experience working with AWS is a big plus!

· Experience as a developer (e.g.- Java, Spring) a plus
