Manufacturing Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

Manufacturing Process & Assembly :

• Design, develop, and optimize precision assembly processes and production lines.
• Design and create drawings for necessary tooling, jigs, and fixtures using 3D CAD software.
• Lead root cause analysis for any process or quality issues on the assembly line.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen) focused on efficiency and quality.

Packaging Design & Management:

• Design, validate, and implement robust and cost-effective packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• Manage packaging-related projects, including supplier evaluation, machine/tooling confirmation, and specification updates.
• Conduct packaging risk assessments and create control plans.
