As a Private Tax/PFS - Seasonal Senior Associate, you will focus on providing personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will help clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions, offering advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will have the discretion to proactively review the quality of Associates’ tasks and projects, mentoring junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity. June 26, 2026The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
