POSITION SUMMARY
The General Support Specialist – Amenities Runner is responsible for delivering guest amenities, VIP welcome gifts, and In-Room Dining orders with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and refined service. This role plays a vital part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring all deliveries reflect the luxury standards and personalized service culture of The St. Regis. The position ensures each item is accurately prepared, visually appealing, and meets the highest presentation standards prior to delivery. Responsibilities include setting up amenities and dining orders in guest rooms according to established service guidelines, providing courteous and discreet service during every interaction, and efficiently handling special requests while communicating guest preferences to the appropriate departments. The role also requires close coordination with the kitchen, butler service, housekeeping, and front office to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment, adhering to all safety and security procedures when entering guest rooms, upholding Forbes-level standards at all times, and supporting the In-Room Dining team during peak periods as needed.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
