Interior Designer

  RESPONSIBILITIES:    Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader     EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience 5 to 8 years of design experience required Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&E LEED accreditation an advantage Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required Proficiency in Revit and other 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required   #LI-OW1
