You’ll join our Corporate Development team in a role that we will tailor to your level of experience, ranging from (advanced) junior to senior manager. We are looking for a strong strategic mind with a hands-on attitude who is eager to take ownership, work closely with C‑level, and actively shape Statista’s next growth chapters.

The Corporate Development Team is a highly dynamic team responsible for strategic and operational projects within Statista. Our mission is to support Statista on its growth path and empower a high-performing team to reach the next level.
YOUR JOB
What you do
Management and steering of diverse strategy projects - through to operational implementation - in cooperation with the company's key stakeholders
Facilitating cooperation between different teams to ensure the success of the project
Specifying strategic objectives for the coming year and breaking them down into individual areas
Carrying out and preparing well-founded market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas
Continuously challenge and refine our overall company strategy based on market trends, competitive dynamics and internal performance insights
Preparation of decision papers for the management based on complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods
Preparation and realization of workshops with senior management and C-level
YOUR SKILLS
Who you are
Approx. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, start-up or corporate development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data independently and derive clear conclusions and recommendations from it
Comprehensive knowledge of strategic challenges and opportunities in an online subscription business model
Ideally basic knowledge of data analytics, as well as the ability to question analyses and optimize them together with the specialist department
Understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends
Excellent perceptive skills with exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes
High level of initiative and commitment to the quality of work results as well as a structured and energetic way of working
Innovative spirit, entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to contribute to our growth story
Strong and targeted communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent English and German language skills
