The Opportunity
Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)
Compensation: Starting at $60.00/hour (DOE)
Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
Flexible Shifts: 5-day schedules (Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu) — Skip the Monday rush!

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Perform evaluations and develop physician-approved treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique recovery journey.
Team Supervision: Provide expert supervision of PTAs in accordance with the California State Practice Act.
Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Partner with medical and nursing staff to communicate goals, progress, and discharge strategies.
Resident Advocacy: Lead discharge planning and recommend DME to ensure a safe and successful transition home.
Education: Empower nursing staff, patients, and families with vital safety and maintenance education.

Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California.
