The Opportunity

  • Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)

  • Compensation: Starting at $60.00/hour (DOE)

  • Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Perform evaluations and develop physician-approved treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique recovery journey.

  • Team Supervision: Provide expert supervision of PTAs in accordance with the California State Practice Act.

  • Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Partner with medical and nursing staff to communicate goals, progress, and discharge strategies.

  • Resident Advocacy: Lead discharge planning and recommend DME to ensure a safe and successful transition home.

  • Education: Empower nursing staff, patients, and families with vital safety and maintenance education.

Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California.
