| ØGenerate demand for cement by conducting various activities |
| ØConducting Sales Promotional activities for various segments like head masons/contractors/IHBs/Engineers & Architects for brand awareness as well as business generation |
| ØRunning Influencer Management Programs for Contractors & Engineers/Architects |
| ØProduct benchmarking wrt Competition |
| ØHandling Customer grievances |
| Core Competencies: |
ØFair knowledge of Civil Engg., especially in construction |
| Ø(RCC/PCC/Brickwork/Plaster & Foundation, etc) |
| ØGood knowledge of Cement & Concrete & its usage and application |
| ØSkills to handle Technical Meets with good communication skills. |
| Qualification & |
ØB. Tech/ B.E (Civil)/Diploma Civil |
| Experience: |
Ø 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
