MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development is seeking fully licensed clinicians, including LICSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, couples, and families.

As a well-established, referral-based group practice, we offer the flexibility and autonomy of private practice alongside the support, resources, and collaboration of a team-based environment.


Compensation & Earning Potential

  • W-2 employment status (not 1099)
  • Compensation based on 50–60% of collections
  • Average reimbursement per session: $126–$176 (average: $144)


Estimated annual earnings based on caseload:

  • 20 clients/week: ~$75,000–$90,000
  • 25 clients/week: ~$93,000–$110,000+

Consistent client referrals provided—no need to independently build a caseload

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary care teams


Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
