Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Personalwesen unterstützt du unser Team im Tagesgeschäft und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche des Personalwesens.

Deine Aufgabe:

• Multitool: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende, Bewerbende, Gäste und externe Partner:innen. . Du übernimmst das Besuchermanagement am Empfang, koordinierst eingehende Anfragen telefonisch und sorgst für einen professionellen ersten Eindruck unseres Unternehmens.

• Netzwerk-Schrauber: Du unterstützt im Office Management und hältst die organisatorischen Fäden zusammen – von der Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost über die Koordination von Lieferungen bis hin zur Unterstützung unseres Fuhrparkmanagements.

• Super-Charger: Du bist Teil von Empowerment-Projekten und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung spannender HR-Initiativen.

• Präzisionssäge: Du unterstützt mit hoher Genauigkeit das Tagesgeschäft bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.

• Meißel: Du gestaltest und modellierst alle Aspekte des Employee Life Cycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding.

Dein Profil:

• Tools-Proficiency: Immatrikuliert in Human Resources, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.

• Handwerker-Skills: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten.

• Sprachkraft: Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch

• Power-Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrungen von Vorteil.
