Job Description
You will provide support to Pharmacy Services Centre by performing administrative duties related to billing and operations, managing billing queries and ensuring timely medication order fulfilment.
Job Responsibilities

Perform pharmacy billing and administrative operations, including client financial updates, generate, review, and billing reports in a timely manner

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and handle billing enquiries
- Support medication order fulfilment and delivery operations and invoice verification.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with courier service providers
- Oversee archival of prescriptions and billing-related documents
- Attend to visitors, manage online order collections, and assist with retail promotions
- Support office maintenance coordination and workplace improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
