Job Description

You will provide support to Pharmacy Services Centre by performing administrative duties related to billing and operations, managing billing queries and ensuring timely medication order fulfilment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform pharmacy billing and administrative operations, including client financial updates, generate, review, and billing reports in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and handle billing enquiries
  • Support medication order fulfilment and delivery operations and invoice verification.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with courier service providers
  • Oversee archival of prescriptions and billing-related documents
  • Attend to visitors, manage online order collections, and assist with retail promotions
  • Support office maintenance coordination and workplace improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

 

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
