At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a RMA Shipping Clerk to join the Data Center Power and Control Team in Reno, NV. This job will incorporate the responsibilities of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Specialist. In an RMA Specialist role, the position assists Technical Support shipping and receiving needs, prepares customer orders, and checks shipping orders against customer RMA orders. The RMA Specialist will be responsible for documenting most RMA transactions using Legrand process and internal systems (SAP). We are seeking a candidate to add/expand the Technical Support Team.
