About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR excellence and supporting organizational effectiveness.
You will play a key role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence in all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver HR excellence using data-driven insights, including HR dashboards and KPIs
- Develop and implement People Plans aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate payroll processes
- Partner with Line Managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process
- Identify training needs and support the development and execution of training plans
- Support Line Managers in handling employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and timely resolution
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly HR reports
- Provide expert guidance on employee welfare and manage occupational health services where required
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high engagement
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers and third parties
- Support HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist / HRBP role
- Strong background in advising managers on a wide range of HR topics
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and absence management
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday or other HRIS)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
