What you can expect:
During your training, you will gain comprehensive insight into all processes related to the planning and execution of events:
- Organization and planning of events (conferences, celebrations, corporate events)
- Advising and supporting our guests and clients
- Preparation of event proposals and schedules
- Coordination with various hotel departments (service, kitchen, technical team)
- Assisting with the on-site execution of events
- Insights into marketing, sales, and customer relationship management
- Post-event follow-up and billing
What we expect from you:
· Interest in organization, planning, and events

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
· Reliability and commitment
· Flexibility (including occasional evenings and weekends)
· Good command of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
