 ROLE SUMMARY

The CISO, Infrastructure and Cloud Services organization enables Pfizer’s mission by delivering secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that support operations and future growth. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team (LT) for Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Cloud Services.

 

This role ensures the efficient execution of leadership operations, meeting coordination, and communication workflows, supporting the smooth functioning of LT activities across a global, matrixed organization.

 

The position plays a key role in coordinating priorities, tracking actions, and ensuring alignment, while operating with strong organizational awareness and attention to detail.

 

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership Team Coordination

  • Coordinate LT meetings, including scheduling, agenda consolidation, materials preparation, and note-taking
  • Support leadership forums, ensuring logistics and materials are complete and ready
  • Track meeting outputs (decisions, action items) and support follow-up

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support across LT members as needed
  • Manage shared calendars, distribution lists, and organizational documentation
  • Assist in organizing team events, offsites, and leadership sessions

Action Tracking & Follow-Up

  • Maintain trackers for LT actions and key deliverables
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress updates are captured
  • Escalate overdue items to the appropriate LT member

Communication & Materials Support

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Support coordination of leadership communications and updates
  • Compile inputs from stakeholders into structured formats

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with executive assistants, business operations, and functional teams
  • Support alignment across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams
  • Help connect stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities

Scheduling & Logistics Management

  • Support scheduling of complex meetings across global time zones
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and meeting arrangements for leadership activities
  • Ensure seamless execution of both virtual and in-person engagements

Operational Efficiency & Process Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Support implementation of templates, trackers, and standard practices
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • High School Diploma
  • 4+ years of administrative or operations support experience
  • Experience supporting leadership teams in a global organization
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or infrastructure organizations
  • Experience supporting leadership team operations or coordination
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills across complex environments

10% travel may be required.


Work Location Assignment: Hybrid
The salary for this position ranges from $33.12 to $55.19 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
