Overview Publicis Global Delivery is looking is looking for a Senior Social Strategist L4 with a strong understanding of the social media landscape, and technically driven and organized, who has a minimum of 3-4+ years of experience managing different platforms in social media; it is important to have a good discipline understanding, and the key action points to generate strategies that can ensure the success of the account's operations. The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world. Responsibilities Focusing on the administration of social campaigns, including campaign activation & maintenance, and post-buy recaps, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of proper solutions aligned with planning needs and campaign objectives, while making sure all processes are completed correctly before the campaign launch. Analyze, and make the necessary recommendations to allocate in the best possible the advertising budget, resulting in strategic and effective media plans. Plans typically include analysis and recommendations on targeting, geography, scheduling, and budget, also ensure that media objectives, strategies and execution guidelines are clearly communicated to media buyers. Ensuring the deliverables are provided to the clients within the established time frame and according to what was requested. Ensure that there is a fluid communication between PGD and the Agency, i.e., that emails are answered in a timely manner and applying the best communication practices. Ensure healthy coexistence and promote an optimal work environment within the team, this includes one to one session, team building sessions, etc. Give support and accompaniment to the team when any kind of issue or novelty of any kind arises, being the one who guides the next steps and proposing immediate and accurate solutions. Guarantee that the necessary tools and resources are used to ensure that processes are met and that the operation is maintained under our standards of excellence. (Resources such as training, files, computer equipment, etc.). Leadership of account status meetings, with the onshore and offshore team. Qualifications Must require: Advance social media campaign management/optimization knowledge. Strong communication skills. Result oriented skills. Attention to details skills. Analytical skills. Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical. In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape. Advance Excel knowledge. Intermediate project management skills. Good to have: Knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a plus. Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields: Community Management Media planning Media Buying Creative strategy Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek. Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C. Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
