Product & Intelligence Designer
Job Description
We’re seeking exceptional and experienced product designers to help shape KYP for it’s next phase of international growth. You won’t just join a team, you’ll help shape one. You’ll lead projects and agents end-to-end, collaborating closely within a small, talented and multi disciplinary team. We’re building something entirely new, discovering how to build better products at the forefront of AI, enabling every construction company to Build Better. We can move fast as we build our team and way of working from scratch, learn faster and redefine how product, design and engineering best practices evolve with AI. We expect a broad range of design skills, and exceptional ability to translate a vision into intuitive product experiences.

What you’ll be responsible for
In one sentence: designing KYP into the simplest, most enjoyable, most proactive software for anyone who wants to Build Better in Construction.
Which means that you:
Set the standard for design quality, and shape how design thinking works at KYP.
Discover how interactions with an intelligent product should work in construction, whether it’s for agents, robots or the people on the construction site or in the office.
Discover how to translate your design standards into something agents can perform reliably and consistently, and build the processes behind it, from setup to training to review.
Own design projects from scope to delivery, working closely with research and engineering team members and their agents.
Build and evolve the design system that keeps KYP consistent and scalable as it grows.
Craft detailed user flows and high-fidelity prototypes directly into the product environment using realistic data.
Get hands-on with any design assets to get the job done.
What we're looking for
In short: we're looking for someone with a track record of exceptional design work and a relentless curiosity to be better. Someone who questions how things have always been done, brings a no-ego, beginner's mindset with a strong bias towards action. Who also believes the best work happens when people with different kinds of expertise come together around a shared ambition. If that's you, you'll do great at KYP.
On your expertise, that means:
You've worked on design in a high-performing, fast-paced technology environment
Your portfolio shows product design work users loved, shipped in high-velocity teams
You turn complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
You prototype quickly, with a sharp eye for visual communication
You're fluent with design systems and how they're built in code
You have a deep grasp of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles and attitude to question those to design for agents
You ship fast and learn faster, always looking how to make it better
Bonus: you have independently shipped designs to production with the help of agents
Bonus: experience designing AI-native products
