As a Moment Maker, you will act as the concierge-style presence for our guests, creating a welcoming, confident and seamless arrival experience.
This role is entirely guest-facing and plays a key part in enhancing the prestige and overall experience of our venue. It requires a high-calibre individual who takes initiative and demonstrates genuine care for the guest journey.
Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
Offering proactive assistance and clear guidance throughout the venue
Monitoring lobby presentation, amenities and overall guest experience
Observing the environment to ensure every touchpoint reflects the high standards of PCEC
- A natural ability to engage with people and create a positive first impression
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- A proactive, polished and professional approach
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience (preferred)
