Make an impact
As a Manager Supply Planning Packaging, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to responsible for all tactical supply planning activities and all operational planning activities for packaging suppliers to ensure packaging availability for FGs production, to balance demand and supply to achieve defined service/availability, inventory and cost targets for materials and packaging product category.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
― Create a packaging materials plan on tactical horizon to ensure availability for finished goods production and RDCs (re)packaging, balanced with economic drivers, net working capital, cost of inventory and cost of supplier’s or FG’s manufacturer’s underutilized capacity.
― Ensure latest capacity picture from packaging suppliers is available to enable planning. Have regular meetings with suppliers to ensure performance and information flow.
― Participate in further digitalization of packaging planning as required, allocate volumes in accordance with Procurement and Global Supply Planning guidance.
― Manage production escalations and prioritization for packaging materials.
― Work closely with factories on pre-ordering and call-off of packaging components based on lead times.
― Share packaging materials plan with Procurement and respective manufacturers and monitor deliveries. Participate in issues resolution.
― Master data maintenance on component level, including achieved scrap rates.
― Participation in weekly materials call-off from manufacturers.
― Monitor the development of packaging inventory stock levels.
― Responsible for risk management, work collaboratively with global cross functional teams to minimize cost and maximize customer service within the area of responsibility.
― Offer constructive suggestions and implement tangible improvements within and beyond assigned roles.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
― Education background in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant majors.
― Ideally 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international corporate with complexed supply chain operations.
― Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
― Strong analytical skills, proficient with SAP is preferred. Growth mindset, results-oriented, flexible and agile with changes.
