Marketing Manager DACH (m/w/d)
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:
- Sales marketing & communications:
- Define & execute the appropriate lead generation campaigns and channels to address the above-mentioned topics (social media, PR, videos, business case) and analyze their impacts (ROI, KPI etc.) in order to be shared with stakeholders
- Support local sales teams and partners with presentations and pitches dedicated to DACH audience. Localize in German corporate + product presentations designed at Group level (in English).
- Events
- Define and lay out the yearly event plan in DACH in coordination with sales ans partners : identifying major events (tradeshow, conferences, partners events…)
- Set targets (# of leads, opportunities, revenue generated) linked to the shows and review impact and ROI of shows
- Manage event organization and execution with internal team and external providers (booth contractor etc.): preparation of demo and samples for demo in collaboration with product marketing team etc.
- Ensure lead generation, improved awareness & visibility through events with the Communications and Product Marketing team, ensure that the company’s visibility, the product awareness and positioning will be properly presented and amplified through shows
- Define and manage the yearly event budget / review after each quarter the actual budget consumption vs. planned
- Internal
- Support & lead internal communications initiatives for the DACH region, together with regional HRBPs
- Graduated in Marketing, you have a significant experience in marketing with good track record in marketing/communication.
- You have a strong interest and experience for new technologies and want to grow in an international group, on a human scale, leader on its market and in full growth.
- Organized, tenacious, efficient and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a quick learner and want to take responsibility for your work. You are willing to take responsibility in a demanding and ambitious company.
- Experience with CRM as salesforces , adobe CC and linkedin/google adwords is appreciated
- Language : German & English fluent

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
