Residential Counselor, Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center

Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) is a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) approved, level V nonpublic school. We offer a year-round therapeutic educational and residential program catering to youths ages 12-18 with severe emotional and behavioral challenges. This position will provide guidance and support to students living in a residential treatment setting. Working closely with the students, this role supports them as they achieve goals, overcome challenges, and find a path to leading fulfilling lives. This position is 8am-11pm every other Saturday and Sunday.
