Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers and technical staff in delivering innovative product and machine design solutions for our water filtration manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing the full product development lifecycle—including concept creation, design, prototyping, testing, and release—while also overseeing machine design projects that improve production capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, advanced engineering expertise, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
