Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | AM & PM Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond effectively to emergencies and resident care needs
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
