Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Benefits Representative within the Corporate HR Department. This full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position is located at Hobby Lobby’s corporate campus in Oklahoma City. This position works closely with other members of the HR/Benefits/Leave/Legal Department.

Position Overview
The Benefits Representative is responsible for providing assistance in enrollment, communication, and administration of employee benefits. This position reports to the Benefits Supervisor.

Position Overview
The Benefits Representative is responsible for providing assistance in enrollment, communication, and administration of employee benefits. This position reports to the Benefits Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
- Process health, life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits elections and changes
- Process changes in status and special enrollment events for benefits
- Assist with online enrollment system design and audits
- Generate and process weekly Flexible Spending reports and Flexible Spending audit
- Assist and respond to life insurance and LTD claim inquiries
- Process and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits for the Health Plan
- Problem solve with employees and third-party administrators
- Understand and interpret plan documents
- Distribute benefits packets for newly eligible employees
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
- Required work on weekends, as needed
