Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to contribute to the Service Team.

As a Service Technician at Terex Jaques, based in Dandenong South VIC, you'll play a pivotal role in providing our customers with exceptional service and aftermarket support and assist the Service Manager in growing our customer base.
What you’ll do
- Participating the manufacturing and assembly process of machinery
- Assisting customers by providing training, repairing equipment, and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
- Actively Engage in fault finding and troubleshooting techniques.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders regarding equipment problems, trends, and other reportable information.
- Performing other duties as assigned that aid the overall objectives of the position, including occasional on-call work, and travel to customer sites.
- Participate in and comply with the Terex's safety-first culture.
What you’ll bring
- Fitter Qualification - Essential
- Current Motor Vehicle license
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Suite experience a plus
- Experience in the Mining or Quarry industries and/or with Jaques, Cedarapids, or Terex Washing Systems equipment highly desirable.
- Additional tickets, electrical, and/or welding experience a plus.
