Job Description
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with hands-on experience in automation or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation technologies, vision systems, logistics, layouts, flow, and line balancing
- Experience specifying, ordering, and implementing new manufacturing equipment, with documented project success
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and collaborate in cross-functional, workshop-based environments
- A proactive, curious mindset with strong communication skills in Danish and English, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement and technology development
