Job Description
At Eaton Electrical Division, the Field Product Marketing Manager - MV/LV Power Distribution is at the heart of driving product success and market impact across EMEA.
This role combines strategic ownership with customer-centric thinking, connecting product, sales, and market insights to unlock growth.
Acting as the trusted expert and storyteller for the portfolio, you will shape how our solutions win in the market, influence innovation through customer insights, and bring technical excellence to life through compelling value propositions.
This position will be based in our Segrate (MI) office.
What you’ll do:
Product Life Cycle Management (Local Market):
- Own the full product lifecycle: market analysis, selection, pricing, launch, and end-of-life
- Define pricing, positioning, and service offerings to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Lead new product launches, forecasts, and go-to-market execution with Sales
- Drive local strategy execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and product certification
Market Insights & Strategy:
- Leverage Voice of Customer and market insights to guide product strategy and development
- Monitor competition and contribute to local growth plans
Marketing & Sales Enablement:
- Support and localize marketing campaigns
- Provide sales teams and partners with tools, training, and product expertise
Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Awareness:
- Act as the local product expert and key point of contact
- Represent Eaton in industry forums and external events
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Electrical Studies, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in MV/LV switchgear across product marketing, product management, or technical roles
- Strong market expertise in Italy, with deep understanding of customers, channels, and competitive dynamics
- Proven business acumen, including pricing strategy, financial planning, and revenue growth ownership
- Solid technical foundation in electrical products, with the ability to translate complexity into compelling customer value
- Experience thriving in cross-functional, matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving execution
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights (VoC) and market intelligence to shape strategy
- Fluent in English and in Italian and willing to travel up to 40%- 50%

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (including base salary and Sales Incentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 – EUR 80.960 gross per year.
