We are looking for an exceptional Service Support Technician who can make our customers impressed once again not only with the functional aspects of our products, but also with our services.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
• Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
Skills You Bring:
• Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or related educational background preferred.
• None ~ 2 years of related experience.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.

RF/Power Electronics Engineer
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Senior RF Electronic Engineer at Power Solutions Asia in MKS Korea, you will partner with external and internal customers to uncover and solve the difficult problems that lead to innovative and valuable new products and technologies. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Designs, develops, verify and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
• Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Obtains system-level expertise for MKS RF and pulsed-DC power delivery systems and products.
• Trouble shooting, modification, testing and evaluation using Generators and Matches based on the customer’s understanding
• Understands the characteristics and improvements of the developed product, develops test methods by using engineering backgrounds including development software/firmware functions, and realize them experimentally.
• Writes a technical report and documents on the evaluation and communicate with customers or internal development engineers.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 year equivalent experiences (or 4 year or more experiences in similar industry) in the field of Power Electronics, Radio-frequency Electronics, Control algorithm, and related industry experience (Master's degree preferred).
• RF circuit design experience or skill set of engineering tools.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same or similar industry is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• The ability and proficiency of engineering tools such as LT-Spice, MATLAB, Excel, HFSS, etc. are preferred.
• RF Matcher design or the related development experiences.
• Electro-mechanical numerical analysis, failure analysis, reliability evaluation, and its design experiences will also be considered highly.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.

Field Service Engineer
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Field Service Engineer - Ozone at VSD, you will partner with Customers to support. In this role, you will report to the VSD Filed Service Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
• Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
• Responsible for operational quality of system equipment
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of related experience
• Driver’s license

Application Engineer
You Will Make an Impact By:
• May provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical product marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex products, such as operating systems and capital equipment
• Makes technical presentations regarding all aspects of company products
• Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
• Implements detailed customer installation requirements
• Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to service personnel, company sales representatives, and customer’s employees
Skills You Bring:
• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience and a strong technical knowledge of company products and 2 years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor's fab : RPS(Remote plasma source), CVD, Etch experienced

Customer Relations Specialist
Principal Responsibilities:
• Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale
• Quotes prices, offers promotions and discounts were applicable
• Develops customer communications regarding new laboratory or future customer needs to promote future sales
• Works with various departments to meet sales goals
• Focus of work may be in pre-sales, post-sales, or both
• Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service personnel to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
• Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges
• Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory
• Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
• May schedule field service repair calls
• Handles requests for additional company materials
• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems
• May also have some contract administration responsibility, however it does not represent the majority of their work

Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer - FPGA in the MKS Power Solutions software group, you will collaborate with engineering teams and customers to develop power delivery systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes. In this role, you will report to one of the SW Team managers.
We are looking for a candidate to bring FPGA experience to our team, at the same time, we are offering great learning opportunities in Python, embedded C++ development, system-level architecture, digital signal processing, and control systems to support the candidates in their career path.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs FPGA implementations controlling the power supplies delivering advanced control to plasma in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Creates, updates, and maintains test benches for various FPGA systems and subsystems to validate the behaviors against specifications and real-world applications.
• Develops simulations and test bench models to prototype proof-of-concepts of new advanced algorithm before implementation.
• Analyzes and refactors FPGA designs to meet timing and resources utilization constraints for future growth in the system-level architecture
• Consumes and understand PCB schematics to aid the FPGA development.
• Collaborates with embedded developers to implement complex system-level architecture, like high-speed high-payload, data transfers across FPGAs, processors, memories, storage devices and external devices through high-speed data transfer protocols.
• Collaborates and supports other functional teams, like system, reliability, manufacturing, field application engineers to troubleshoot, guide, support and test our products.
• Produces maintainable design documents providing technical information about designs to facilitate rapid future development.
• Follows the SW development process to work collaboratively to design, prototype, implement, test, validate, review, debug embedded system architectures with team members.
• Consumes and creates engineering requirement specification to fulfill customer needs in accordance with business strategies.
• Travel Requirements: occasional Travel might be is required.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in power electronics or digital control systems.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of FPGA development for High Gate Count FPGAs required.
• Experience of VHDL, Verilog, IP core integration, Matlab and Matlab Simulink
• Hands-on laboratory experience and familiarity with electronic test equipment required.

EQ Installation & Service Electrician
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Proper installation and ongoing maintenance are essential for maximizing equipment uptime and ensuring consistent production quality. The engineer must ensure that all equipment operates at optimal performance.
• Quick and accurate troubleshooting is necessary to minimize downtime and prevent production delays, directly impacting the company’s operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Adherence to regulatory standards is mandatory to avoid legal penalties and ensure the safety of both personnel and equipment. This role ensures that all electrical systems meet required standards.
• The ability to interpret circuit diagram and identify issues based on these diagrams is critical for effective troubleshooting and ensures that problems are accurately diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner.
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's or related industry experience in Electrical/Electronics
• Team player (must be able to communicate well with team members to create synergy)
• No disqualifications for international travel
• Driver license
