- Upgrading Wide Area Network (WAN) equipment and fiber infrastructure at remote locations CONUS an OCONUS- Designing and implementing cable infrastructure for data centers and outside plant fiber- Working with network engineers to establish layer 1-3 connectivity- Performing installation of routers, switches, encryptors and patch panels in racks- Working with node site coordinator to extend WAN circuits to routers- Coordinating with remote site POC’s to plan, design, and schedule equipment and infrastructure installation- Coordinating with remote COMSEC custodians to ensure the correct Keymat is ordered ahead of installation, working with local COMSEC custodians to send out appropriate COMSEC device to site- Creating cable diagrams before and update after installation is...
