We are seeking a bilingual Associate, Sales Renewals to support our B2B Sales operations for one of our technology accounts. You have:

  • Fluent in English (B2 required) – verbal and written communication.

  • 1.5+ years of experience in a sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management role.

  • High school diploma, mandatory

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • Experience managing sales forecasting

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Prior success in the achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions.

  • Background in B2B client-facing roles.

  • Familiarity with sales or renewals metrics and reporting tools.

You will:

  • Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities

  • Provide an accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast

  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements

  • Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage

  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers

  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound

  • Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects

  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured

  • Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts

  • Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager
